11 years' imprisonment in a strict-regime penal colony, a fine of 400,000 roubles, and a two-year ban on administering websites.

A resident of Kaliningrad and a businessman. In October 2022, he was detained after officers of the Centre for Combating Extremism accused him of speaking loudly on the phone while using profane language. He was arrested for 10 days under the administrative charge on petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences). At the same time, the project "Support for Political Prisoners. Memorial" project pointed out that phone records showed Galchevsky had not been on the phone at all during the specified time. The court of appeal reduced his arrest by 24 hours. However, before his scheduled release, he was charged in a criminal case with publicly justifying terrorism and preparing for treason. According to the investigation, he called for killing the heads of military commissariats and planned to join the foreign legion of the AFU. Galchevskyy was taken into custody. On 8 September 2023, he was sentenced to 11 years in a strict-regime penal colony.
