Resident of Baymak (Bashkortostan). On January 20, 2024, he was called in to the police station in connection with his participation in a public gathering on January 17, the day of the sentencing of activist Fail Alsynov. He was detained and told that an administrative case had been opened against him. The next day Davletkildin's wife was informed that a criminal case was opened against him for participation in mass riots. On January 22, Davletkildin was taken into custody. On January 26, it came to light that Davletkildin was brought to a hospital after the beating. He was diagnosed with a transverse process fracture of the spine, as well as anaemia. On February 7, it was reported that Garifulla Yaparov, the lawyer who represented Davletkildin's interests, received a ruling on his disqualification despite the fact that, according to him, he had concluded an agreement with Davletkildin's relatives and the client was satisfied with his work. Davletkildin was also accused of using violence against the authorities. On May 5, 2025, he was sentenced to five and a half years in a general-regime penal colony.
