Resident of Blagoveshchensk. In October 2022, he was taken into custody for inciting activities against the security of the Russian Federation. He was also accused of public justification of terrorism (part 2 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code), vandalism (part 2 of article 214 of the Criminal Code), and preparation for participation in military actions on the territory of a foreign state for purposes contrary to the interests of the Russian Federation (part 3 of article 208 of the Criminal Code with application of part 1 of article 30 of the Criminal Code). On 1 March 2024, Titarenko was sentenced to eight years in a maximum security colony
