Verdict

A resident of Khaibullinsky district of Bashkortostan. Detained on February 5, 2024, at his sister's house. According to his son, the law enforcers searched for Davletberdin for two days before that, visiting his relatives and acquaintances and conducting searches. On February 6, he was taken into custody as part of a mass disorder case brought in connection with a public gathering in Baymak on January 17 in support of the activist Fail Alsynov, who was sentenced to four years in prison. Davletberdin's son sent a certificate of tuberculosis disease to the appointed lawyer. For the last two years, Davletberdin has been treated for the disease, now he needs to undergo X-rays every six months and prophylaxis.
